Terrible and horrifying experience! Positive: This is a horrible property located at a very unsafe and disadvantaged neighborhood near South Phoenix/maybe border downtown Phoenix, but definitely not the “downtown Phoenix” you were thinking about. Further, the owner and or booking.com have displayed misleading pictures to show the property and used misleading name to suggest it is affiliated with a famous retreat or making you think it might be related to a resort style property, but it is not. I tried to cancel and ask for a refund way before the 4pm check in time, the owner cannot be reached and it is impossible to find anyone to talk about the problem. I would suggest that you DO NOT ever book this property. Negative: I have been conned by this property with its misleading advertisement, horrible customer service, and terrible location. There were literally homeless people walking around the property. You are much better off book with a real hotel or resort . If you prefer individual properties, then definitely NOT this one and by this owner. Plus you are likely to find much better deals than this one.

Clean comfy would stay again.. Positive: Super convenient clean and comfy Negative: I'm a light sleeper and the 6M neighborhood noise was too much for me but my hubby snoozed right through like ambient noise!
