Terrible neighborhood Positive: Updated kitchen range/cook top, electric locks and fake wood floors. The fire pit area wasnt too bad either. Negative: The area is terrible, houseless individuals roaming the streets at all hours, camping/living on the streets nearby for which is in the direct path of this property, broken down cars with years of dust on them all around. The pictures make this place look decent size, it is very small! You share a driveway with 2 other residents. Not worth the price listed for, definitely make sure you are armed to protect yourself if needed in that neighborhood. I have videos to prove all of this, wish booking allowed them to be posted! I reached out to the property manager and they assured me the neighborhood was not as I was seeing it, lol! The living room TV was filthy! If you looking for a cheap motel type of stay this is your best bet!

Hinter der Eingangstür haben wir uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Positive: Unkompliziert , der Gastgeber antwortet schnell auf alle Fragen. Alles notwendige ist vorhanden, ein Ort zum wohlfühlen. Negative: Einfache Wohngegend, ohne Auto geht es nicht.

Positive: Perfect for groups (we were 5). Went to see a Suns NBA game: PHX arena 10 mins by car. Negative: Clean, well equipped, comfortable
