Great location and a lovely backyard. Bathroom was a bit small but functional. Met all our needs.

Positive: It was well maintained and had a great backyard. It was located close to downtown and the airport.
Negative: We were nervous about the location initially, but recognize that it appears to be an area of transition and there are improvements being made to neighboring homes.
